All items are considered final sale and sold in as-is condition. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the fragile, handcrafted, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage, antique, and Hidden Gems pieces.
Our vintage and antique items may show signs of age, wear, or natural imperfections, which are part of their character and history. If you have any questions about the condition or care of a piece, please email us before your purchase. We are always happy to provide more information.
Our Hidden Gems tables are handcrafted using natural materials, making each piece truly unique. Due to the handmade nature of these items, subtle variations in shape, finish, color, texture, grain, distressing, and design may occur. These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted furniture and natural materials rather than flaws.
As natural materials adjust to their environment over time, slight expansion, contraction, settling, or hairline separations may occur due to humidity, temperature, and everyday use.
Any concealed damage or delivery-related concerns should be reported to Avella Interiors within 48 hours of delivery.
